We\\’re seeing a lot of boats on the water lately acting as \\”local fishing guides\\” and we just want you to make sure that you are choosing the best trip possible for you or your family. All too often I will watch a \\”guide\\” sit in one spot for 4 to 6 hours straight waiting for a bass to take a shiner. Having done this for well over a decade and knowing these waters, that to me is unacceptable.

Some people wish to fish live bait solely, but most of our guests like to actually fish artificial baits while we have shines behind the boat as we work over the grass lines. Even the most diehard bass anglers will often opt to have shiners behind the boat just to have extra lines in the water.

We don\\’t have the means for mass marketing that the larger online booking services have, but they also don\\’t have the local intimate knowledge of the lakes. Before using BassOnline, or iOutdoors, or whomever, make sure you know what kind of guide you are hiring. Guide trips are not cheap and you work hard for your money to spend on a vacation, why not hire a guide that will work hard for you?!
